Activity rules.
1. Promotional Period: 9/1/2021 - 9/22/2021 23:59:59
2. Promotion quota: 1500, First come, first serve. If the promotional quota has been fully filled, the promotion will end.
3. Promotion details.
1) New customers who sign-up through the promotional page during the promotional period (Customers who have not previously registered with AQUMON) will get a chance to choose one of the three combinations of stocks (1 Hong Kong stock + 0.1 U.S. stock).
Combination 1: 1 share of Xiaomi Group (stock code 01810.HK) + 0.1 share of Robinhood (stock code HOOD.US)
Combination 2: 1 share of Xiaomi Group (stock code 01810.HK) + 0.1 share of Bilibili (stock code BILI.US)
Combination 3: 1 share of Bank of China (stock code 03988.HK) + 0.1 share of Apple (stock code AAPL.US)
2) New or existing customers who have successfully invited 1/2/3 new customers to register successfully on the promotional page will get an additional 1/2/3 opportunities to choose one of the three combinations of stocks. The promotional giveaway is limited to 3 invites per customer and there will be no extra opportunities to choose one of the three combinations of stocks. New customers who register through the promotional page can get up to 4 opportunities (including 1 opportunity for new customers to register) to choose one of the three combinations of stocks.
3) New customers who have signed-up during the promotion and existing customers who have signed-up before the event must complete the redemption of stock rewards by 23:59:59 on September 30, 2021, and any stock rewards not redeemed will be forfeited . The stock rewards will be credited to AQUMON account on T+3 days after redemption, and trading will be available on T+1 day after it has reached your portfolio.
4) If you own round lots and odd lots of the same stock, you will need to sell them separately. When you choose to sell odd-lots, you will have to sell all your odd-lot shares. You can choose the order type in the drop down button on the stock trading page and select "odd-lots". Once you have confirmed your order choice, the system will submit a sell order; if the number of odd shares accumulated into a round lot (one share for U.S. shares), you will need to select "market order” or "limit order” to sell. Our system does not support the purchase of odd shares yet.
5) The "AQUMON Account" held by the customer and the investment products and services listed on the terms and conditions of the offer must still be valid during the time of the offer. Otherwise, the offer will be cancelled and the Company will not issue the reward to the client.
6) AQUMON reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of the prizes, if the registration, account opening and prize collection procedures of the AQUMON account are not completed within the promotion period due to the client's own, the Company's or the Company's partners' reasons.
7) The customer understands that the Company may from time to time follow up with the customer via email, SMS, etc. to inform the customer of the latest product information and promotional activities.
8) The Company reserves the right to determine the validity of offers (including stock transactions) and to verify the customer's transaction records in order to determine the offers the customer is entitled to. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
9) AQUMON may, at its sole discretion, decide to extend or terminate this promotion at any time, and reserves the final right of interpretation of this promotion.
10) The investment products and services set out in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the relevant eligibility, application procedures and terms and conditions. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
11) The Company reserves the right to change or terminate the offers at any time and to amend any of the terms and conditions stated. In the case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
12) The Client understands and agrees that in the event of any dispute over the terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right of final decision and may terminate the offers or amend any of the said terms and conditions at any time for reasonable reasons. - Note: Investors should not make a decision on whether to invest solely on the basis of the prizes offered under this promotion.
