Terms and Conditions

• 1. The valid period for the above offer is from now until July 31, 2021; both dates inclusive (hereby referred to as the “Promotion Period”). Client must complete at least 1 successful stock trading order within the promotion period. HK$50 cash reward will be credited to client's AQUMON account within 5 business days. Campaign quota limited to first 1,000 clients who complete a successful stock trading order on a first-come-first-served basis. If the campaign quota is met before July 31, 2021 then promotion will cease.
• 2. Requirements: Client must complete at least 1 stock trading order within the promotion period (buy, partial buy, sell out are counted. Unsuccesssful orders are not counted). HK$50 cash reward will be credited to client's AQUMON account within 5 business days. Each client is entitled to maximum HK$50 cash reward only (even with multiple trading times).
• 3. If the client is entitled to the offers in conjunction with other promotional offers during the Promotion Period, Magnum Research Limited (the “Company”) reserves the right to grant the client one of or part of the entitled Offers.
• 4. The AQUMON account held by Eligible Client and the subscription for products and services as mentioned under an Offer must remain valid at the time when the corresponding Offer is rewarded or delivered to the Eligible Client. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited absolutely and will ot be provided to the Eligible Client through any other means.
• 5. If the AQUMON account opening, funds deposit or allocation process cannot be completed during the Promotion Period due to reasons borne by the Eligible Client, the Company or its partners, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of the Offer.
• 6. Each of the robo-advisory products or services set out in these terms and conditions is subject to the relevant eligibility, application process and product terms and conditions. For further details, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• 7. The Company reserves the right to determine the calculation methods applied under the Offer (including in ascertaining the amount of net account value of portfolio) and verify the Eligible Client’s transaction records in considering the client’s eligibility for the Offer. In case of any disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
• 8. The Company also reserves the right to terminate any of the Offer(s) and to vary or modify any of the terms and conditions herein from time to time. In case of any disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
• 9. Client understands that the Company may from time to time contact the Client about the account status and notify the Client of the latest product information and promotions.
• 10. The Client understands and agrees that the Company shall, in its sole good faith judgment, reserve the right to terminate any of the Offer and to vary or modify any of the terms and conditions herein from time to time.
